Bond Brand Loyalty’s State of Loyalty report is a key annual publication that benchmarks consumer loyalty trends across major industries. Historically delivered as a PDF, the report was rich in insights but limited in its reach and user engagement. With audiences expecting more from digital content, we were challenged to reimagine the report as an immersive online experience — one that would increase accessibility, interactivity, and brand impact.

As Design Lead, I guided the UX design from concept to launch, transforming dense research into a clear, story-driven experience. I worked across strategy, data, and development to shape a narrative that made insights intuitive and impactful. From motion to typography, every detail was designed to elevate understanding, engagement, and accessibility across every screen.

We applied proven UX principles to make the experience intuitive and engaging. By limiting choices (Hick’s Law), highlighting key insights (Von Restorff Effect), adding progress cues (Goal Gradient Effect), and keeping the design visually simple (Law of Prägnanz), we created a product that was easy to navigate, memorable, and built for exploration.
